摘要
羊肚菌是珍稀名贵的药食两用真菌,其营养成份丰富,药用价值高,国内外均在广泛的进行研究.本文对羊肚菌的分类和分布、化学成分及药理作用进行了阐述,并提出了其有待深入开发应用的方向.
Morchella esculenta L. is a rare and valuable medicinal and edible mushroom, rich in nutri- ents, high medicinal value, both at home and abroad in a wide range of research. In this paper,the studies on the classification, distribution,chemistry and bioactivity role of Morchella esculenta L. and the prospect of the studies on Morchella esculenta L. was suggested.
