两种处理对小冠花营养成分含量的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Two Different Treatments on the Nutrients in Dried Coromillavaria

摘要 小冠花是一种优良的饲料植物,有丰富的营养成分,其中还原糖、淀粉、粗纤维、可溶性蛋白质分别达3.1%、18.8%、24.2%、2.6%。比较室内风干和烘干两种方法处理的花期小冠花发现,风干后小冠花整体植株茎和叶还原糖损失较烘干均达显著水平;风干后小冠花整体植株淀粉损失较烘干亦达显著水平,但茎和叶内不显著;小冠花的粗纤维主要存在于茎,迭37.8%。风干后小冠花整体植株和茎内粗纤维高出烘干处理,差异显著,可能是因为其他营养物质的损失导致粗纤维比重增大;小冠花的可溶性蛋白质主要存在于叶内,风干后可溶性蛋白质的含量变化也最大,较烘干降低10.0%,差异显著。 Crownvetch is an excellent herbage in legume. Plenty of nutrients are there in Coronilla Varia L., and some of them are Reducing Saccharide (3.1%), Starch (18.8%), Rough Cellulose (24.2%) and Soluble Protein (2.6%). Compared air-dried crownvetch in florescence with that dried in oven, we found that Reducing Saccharide was damanified greatly in the course of air-drying, whichever in whole plant, stems or leaves the loss of Reducing Saccharide reached to a significant level. Starch in air-dried whole plant was lower than that dried in oven with significant difference, the difference of change in stems and leaves was insignificant respectively. There is richer Rough Cellulose in Crownvetch (37.8%), so it is really a good natural feedstuff. After dried in oven (70-80℃), Rough Cellulose in whole plant, stems and leaves was lower than that in air-dried one, and the differences reach to a significant level. Soluble Protein in Crownvetch is mainly distributed in leaves, also the change is the most (P < 0.05), but the change in stems is the least.
