摘要
南疆地区的红枣种植已经规模化、产业化,依靠人工采收已不能满足实际生产的需要,本文设计了一种新型的模拟人工敲打的棒杆式红枣采摘机。该机主要有机架、传动装置、工作轴、聚氨酯弹性棒杆等部分组成。通过调节装置可以实现采摘高度的调整,调整幅度为0—500mm,调整工作杆的长度可实现对枣树树冠的仿形。根据田间试验和理论计算得到了棒杆式红枣采摘机工作杆的转速最小值为54r/min。
Because of the large - scale and industrialized development of jujube in Southern Xinjiang, manual picking cannot satisfy the need of the large - scale production. A new rod - type picking machine imitating manual working was designed in this paper. The picking machine is made up of rack, gearing and working device, etc. The picking height can be adjusted by the regulating device, with a range from Omm to 500mm. The profile modeling of the crown of jujube trees can be achieved by adjusting the length of the working beam. The minimum revolving speed of the working is 54 r/min, according to the field experiments and theoretical calculation.
