Study on Separation Force between Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum) Fruit and Stalk

摘要 [目的]研究加工番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)果茎分离力,为实现新疆番茄机械化收获和设计番茄分离装置提供理论基础。[方法]以目前新疆大规模种植的加工番茄为研究对象,采集不同大小、种类、成熟度的加工番茄,测量果实与茎秆之间的分离力,运用DPS数据处理系统进行拟合分析。[结果]不同番茄品种的果茎分离力不同,但差距不是很明显,番茄果茎分离力的大小在5~30 N;番茄果茎分离力随着果实成熟度的增加而变小,随着重量的增大而增大,随着番茄长度的增加而减小;红熟、青熟和黄熟状态下,番茄果茎分离力与其形状(X1番茄长度,X2番茄直径,X3番茄果重)的非线性关系表达式分别为Y=-38.7241731-0.27559725920X1+2.819463816 8X2-0.03235854887X22+0.0010193646933X32,F=2.0469,P=0.0193;Y=-6.68274010+0.455089173 7X1+0.13487296906X2+0.15154803407X3-0.005066287946X1X2-0.004933150370X1X3+0.004653746236X2X3,F=3.3805,P=0.0042;Y=105.9280328-8.830147147X1+7.367868154X2-0.4662475430X3+0.07264795154X12-0.07142562800X22+0.003594294685X32,F=2.2976,P=0.0117。[结论]该研究可为番茄收获机械的研制提供理论基础。 [ Objective ] The aim was to study separation force between tomato fruit and stalk, to provide a theoretical basis for realizing mecha- nized harvest of tomato in Xinjiang and designing its separation device. [ Method] The tomato of different sizes, types, maturity, which were now largely cultivated in Xinjiang, were selected to measured their separation force between fruit and stalk, and then the experimental data was ana- lyzed using SPSS data processing system. [ Result ] The results showed that the separation force between the fruit and stalk was different among different tomato varieties, but the gap was not large, and the separation force between tomato fruit and stalk was 5 - 30 N. The separation force between fruit and stalk of tomato was became small with its increasing of maturity and fruit length, while which became big with fruit weight. The nonlinear relationship between separating force between fruit and stalk of tomato and its shape (Xl stands for tomato length,X2 stands for tomato diameter,X3 stands for tomato fruit weight) under red ripe, green ripe and yellow ripe were Y = -38.7241731一O.27559725920X,+2.8194638168X2-0.03235854887X3^2+0.0010193646933X3^2.F=2.0469,P=0.0193:Y=-6.68274010+0.4550891737X1+0.13487296906X2+0.15154803407X3-0.005066287946X1X2-0.004933150370X1X3+0.004653746236X2X3,F=3.3805.P=0.0042;Y=105.9280328-8.830147147X1+7.367868154X2-0.4662475430X3+0.07264795154X1^2-0.07142562800X2^24-0.003594294685X2^2,F:2.2976,P=00117, respectively. [ Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis on tomato harvesting ma- chinery research.
