摘要
用大花君子兰花蕾的子房壁作外植体,接种在含有不同浓度 BA、NAA、2.4-D 的 MS 培养基上,诱导愈伤组织形成,经愈伤组织增殖和反复切割后诱导其分化出芽和根,然后将试管苗移植到土壤中。
Orary wall of clivia minite Regel was cultured on MS medium Supplemented with differ- ent concentration of BA.NAA and 2.4-D.Ccallus was derived from explant.After callus has been rapidly grown and subcultured,callus was transfered to medium that promote induction of bud and then was transfered to medium that induce root formation.The test-tube plantlet was transplanted out into soil.
