摘要
为提高哑铃销的可靠性,运用ANSYS对哑铃销参数化建模,然后利用ANSYS的静力学模块与PDS模块对其分别进行静力学分析和可靠性分析。结果表明:在额定载荷100 t拉力的作用下,哑铃销可靠性满足要求;且通过灵敏度分析可知,过渡半径对哑铃销的可靠性影响最大。另外,哑铃销受力面的倾角与哑铃销的最大应力有较高的相关性,其线性相关系数为0.87。
To improve the reliability of the dumbbell pin. Parametric model the dumbbell pin using the ANSYS parametric modeling, and then using ANSYS static module and PDS module do static analysis and reliability analysis respectively. The results showed that: under the pulling force of 100 tons, the dumbbell pin can meet the requirement of reliability, and through sensitivity analysis, transition radius on the dumbbell pin have the maximum effect on reliability. In addition, the correlation between the dip angle of stress surface and the the maximum stress is high, and the correlation coefficient was 0.87.
