某轻型货车油箱支架强度分析与轻量化设计 被引量:13

Strength Analysis and Lightweight Design of a Light Truck Oil Tank Bracket

摘要 为了有效降低某轻型货车油箱支架的重量,首先基于有限元方法建立油箱支架离散化模型,再采集搓板路面的时域信号,得到其激励端的频域振动加速度,并据此对其频率响应分析,分析结果表明其强度的最大应力值低于材料屈服。然后基于集成优化平台对支架的结构参数进行轻量化设计,得到其最优参数,优化结果表明其强度性能能够满足设计要求,并且其重量降低了17.1%,优化效果比较理想。最后对该油箱支架的优化方案进行实车道路耐久试验,试验结果表明其没有发生开裂失效,成功通过了整车试验验证,因此整个轻量化分析方法具有较高的可靠性,能够为同类结构的轻量化设计提供参考和借鉴。 Aiming at reducing the weight of a light truck oil tank bracket.Firstly,the oil tank bracket discretization model was established based on finite element method.Secondly,the time domain signal of washboard road were collected,and the frequency domain vibration acceleration of the excitation end were obtained,so the oil tank bracket was frequency response analyzed,the analysis results showed that its strength maximum stress was lower than the yield of material.Thirdly,the structural parameters of oil tank bracket were lightweight designed based on integrated optimization platform,so the optimal parameters were obtained,the optimization results showed that its vibration strength performance could meet the design requirements,and its weight was reduced by 17.1%,so the optimization effect was ideal.Lastly,the oil tank bracket optimization scheme was real vehicle road endurance tested,the test results showed the cracking failure didn’t occur,it successfully passed the vehicle test verification.So the lightweight analysis method had high reliability,and the reference for lightweight design of similar structures was provided.
