摘要
为解决液压挖掘机反铲装置作业时,工作范围尺寸与挖掘力出现的问题,首先,运用Pro/E软件,建立液压挖掘机的三维实体模型,并导入虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS,合理地添加约束与驱动;然后,在ADAMS中进行运动学仿真,获得液压挖掘机的主要工作范围尺寸,并经过国家标准检验,验证了系统设计的合理性;最后,在特定工况下,对反铲装置各铰点的受力情况进行动力学仿真,获得其变化规律,较精确地得到反铲装置各铰点所受的最大载荷,并提出了相应的改进措施,为进一步进行有限元分析与优化设计奠定了基础。
To solve the problems that the working scope and digging force of hydraulic excavator backhoe device during working, there-dimensional physical model of hydraulic excavator was established by using Pro/E software, and imported it into virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS, rationally added restrictions and drives. In ADAMS, main working scope size of excavator were acquired through kinematics simulation, and the rationality of design was verified through the inspec- tion of national standard, at the same time, force variation rules on each articulated point of the backhoe device under speci- fied conditions were obtained by the ADAMS dynamic simulation, the maximum load of each articulated point of the backhoe device were obtained accurately and improvement measures were put forward, which laid the foundation for further finite ele- ment analysis and optimization design.
