摘要
目的 探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合鱼腥草滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的临床效果.方法 选取温州医科大学附属眼视光医院2011年2月～2012年2月116例（120患眼）患者为研究对象,将其按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,对照组56例（58患眼）患者给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,6次/d,连续治疗8周;研究组60例（62患眼）患者给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液与鱼腥草滴眼液联合治疗,6次/d,两种眼液交替使用,连续治疗8周.观察两组的临床应用效果和视网膜模糊以及眼痒与结膜充血等不良反应.结果 研究组总有效率为91.7％,对照组为71.4％,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组不良反应发生率为3.6％,研究组不良反应发生率为6.7％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合鱼腥草滴眼液治疗干眼症患者效果显著,不良反应也比较少,值得临床应用与推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops combined with Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods 116 cases （120 eyes） of patients in the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected as the objects,and divided into control group and study group according to the admission order.56 patients （58 eyes） of the control group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,6 times a day,for 8 weeks; 60 patients （62 eyes） of the study group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops combined with Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops,6 times a day,two kinds of eye drops were used interchangeably,continuous treatment for 8 weeks.The clinical application effect and adverse reactions such as retinal blur,itchy eyes and conjunctival congestion of both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of study group was 91.7％,the total effective rate in the control group was 71.4％,the clinical total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）; the rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 3.6％,which of study group was 6.7％,there was no significant difference of the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops combined with Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops in the treatment of patients with xerophthalmia is significant,the adverse reactions are relatively less,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
