摘要
限制开发区域作为我国主体功能区的一种特殊类型,是我国生态环境脆弱、经济长期处于欠发达状态的地区,也是当前学术界热点区域之一。文章在总结限制开发区域相关研究文献的基础上,系统分析了限制开发区域研究的基本状况、存在的不足,对未来研究趋势进行了展望:(1)加强限制开发区域"主体功能建设"的相关理论研究;(2)限制开发区域细分的理论方法及细分后不同区域发展机理及发展模式的研究;(3)限制开发区农户生计问题研究;(4)生态补偿、绩效考核等相关政策的研究。
As a special type of main functional areas in China, restricted exploitation area is the ecologically fragile, long-term underdeveloped areas in China. Also,＇it is a special complex area among China＇s ecological security, food security, and Homeland Security. So, it is one of the hot issues of academic concern. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant literature, the article analyze the basic condition and shortdomings of the existing research and looking on the future research trends of the restricted exploitation area： 1） A segmentation theory, methods, and industry selection, development model, compensation mechanisms and performance evaluation of the restricted exploitation area are need to be study deeply in the future; 2） On the basis of the national main functional planning of the provinces; autonomous regions should adjust and improve the policies, establish the performance appraisal system to ＂execute the planning well; 3） Strengthen the related theoretical study of the main functional building; 4） Farmers livelihoods research.
