摘要
目的:探讨和研究交叉张力带钢丝内固定法治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用交叉张力带钢丝内固定法进行治疗;对照组则采用髌骨环进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的优良率为100%(45/45),优秀率为71.11%(32/45);对照组患者的优良率为68.89%(31/45),优秀率为35.56%(16/45),观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交叉张力带钢丝内固定法治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者有效显著的效果,术后愈合较快,是治疗此类疾病的有效术式,建议临床选择和应用。
Objective： To discuss and study the cross wire tension band fixation for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture patients with clinical efficacy.Methods： 90 cases of comminuted patellar fractures in patients with clinical data as the research object,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated with cross wire tension band internal fixation for treatment of patellar ring;patients in control group received treatment.Results： The patients in the observation group.The excellent and good rate was 100%（45/45）,the excellent rate was 71.11%（32/45）;the control group of patients with the excellent and good rate was 68.89%（31/45）,the excellent rate was 35.56%（16/45）,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The intersection of wire tension band fixation for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture patients effectively significant effect,postoperative healing fast,is the treatment of these diseases and operative approach,clinical recommendations for selection and application.
