摘要
目的研究关节镜下空心钉和钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折的疗效。方法本次纳入2015年1月至2019年12月收治的60例胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例采用钢丝固定,观察组30例予以空心钉固定。将两组的围手术期相关指标、关节活动度、Lysholm 评分进行比对。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后开始康复锻炼时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后3个月时的关节活动度大于对照组,术后1、3、6、9、12、24个月时的Lysholm评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的骨折愈合时间进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论关节镜下空心钉固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折患者的疗效较钢丝固定更为显著,优势明显,适合推广应用在临床中。
Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic cannulated screw and wire fixation in the treatment of anterior tibial intercondylar spine avulsion fracture.Methods 60 patients with tibial anterior intercondylar spine avulsion fracture treated from January 2015 to December 2019 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.30 patients in the control group were fixed with steel wire,and 30 patients in the observation group were fixed with hollow nails.The perioperative related indicators,range of motion and Lysholm scores of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,rehabilitation exercise time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the joint mobility at 3 months after operation was greater than that in the control group.The Lysholm scores at 1,3,6,9,12 and 24 months after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The fracture healing time of patients in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic cannulated screw fixation is more effective than wire fixation in the treatment of tibial anterior intercondylar spine avulsion fracture,and has obvious advantages,which is suitable for clinical application.
