摘要
课程体系的构建是提高教学质量的核心。以行业需求为导向,培养与行业发展密切相联的应用型创新人才,很大程度上依赖课程体系的构建。三峡大学化学与生命科学学院,在生物工程专业特色课程体系基础上,构建以食品行业需求为导向的专业模块课程体系。旨在通过建立符合行业岗位对专业人才需求的模块课程体系,培养学生的综合职业竞争能力和素质,提高其就业率。
The construction of curriculum system was the core of improving teaching quality. Oriented industry demands, fostering innovative talents which closely linked to the development of industry depended to a large extent construction of the course system. Featuring the bio - engineering specialized course, the college of chemistry and life science, Three Gorges University constructed professional module curriculum system oriented the demands of food i industry. The purpose was to cultivate the students＇ professional comprehensive ability and quality, improving the employment rate, with establishing module curriculum system demanding for industry position.
