摘要
目的探讨影响临床护士PDA使用执行力的相关因素,为完善PDA系统的设计、使用及管理提供依据。方法运用质性研究方法,对20名日常使用PDA的临床护士进行深度访谈,现场录音和笔录,并运用Colaizzi分析程序分析。结果影响临床护士PDA使用执行力的因素包括思想认识因素、硬件设备因素、患者依从性因素及功能缺陷因素。结论加强管理、培训及宣教,不断完善PDA功能,才能最大限度地实现PDA"提高工作效率,保障护理安全"的作用。
Objective To investigate factors affecting nurses＇ execution of PDA use, and to provide references for optimizing design, use and management of PDA system. Methods A phenomenological study of nurses＇ execution of PDA use was conducted. Data obtained from in-depth interviews with 20 experienced nurses were analyzed using Colaizzi＇s method. Results Factors affecting nurses＇ execution of PDA use were： nurses＇ awareness of PDA use, equipments and hardware, patient adherence and function defects of PDA. Conclusion In order to improve efficiency of PDA and ensure nursing safety, we should strengthen management, training and education on PDA use, and optimize functions of PDA.
