云南部分规模化种猪场猪瘟疫苗接种效果监测及分析 被引量:6

Monitoring and Analysis of Immune Effects of Classical Swine Fever Vaccination in Yunnan Modern Scale Breeding Pig Farms

摘要 对2010年12月—2011年2月采集自昆明市、曲靖市、普洱市及红河州共6个规模化种猪场的303份疫苗免疫种猪血清及120份21日龄仔猪血清,采用抗体竞争性阻断酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒检测猪瘟病毒特异性抗体效价。结果发现这些规模化种猪场的猪瘟抗体阳性检出率分别为63.6%(14/22),76.4%(68/89),61.9%(65/105),47.4%(37/78),83.3%(40/48),76.5%(62/81),其中有3个种猪场尚未达到国家猪瘟强制免疫抗体合格率全年应保持在70%以上的要求,提示应及时采取有力措施加强猪瘟免疫工作。针对调查结果,笔者还做了详细的原因分析并提出具体的改进建议。 Antibody-competitive blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were used to detect serum samples of 303 vaccine immunized sows and 120 piglets at day 21, which were collected from 6 scaled breeding pig farms in Kunming, Qujing, Pu'er and Honghe from December 2010 to February 2011, to determine titers of specific antibodies against classical swine fever virus. As a result, serum positive ratios of the 6 farms were 63.6% ( 14/22), 76.4% (68/89), 61.9% (65/ 105), 47.4% (37/78), 83.3% (40/48), 76.5% (62/81), respectively, 3 of which were lower than a national required percentage of 70% for immunization eligibility, indicating that these breeding pig farms need to enhance immunization against classical swine fever. Detailed discussion about the reasons for the results was made and then specific advice for improvement was put forward.
