对完整结肠系膜切除术的认识与评价 被引量：2

摘要 1988年，英国的Heald教授首先提出全直肠系膜切除术（Total mesorectal excision，TME）的概念，认为直肠癌手术不仅是切除直肠癌肿瘤，还包括直肠系膜内的脂肪组织和淋巴结。
