摘要 目的探讨人直肠癌中CXCR4和MMP-2蛋白的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测50例人直肠正常黏膜组织、癌组织和相关淋巴结中CXCR4和MMP-2的蛋白表达,并分析其与直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 CXCR4和MMP-2在直肠癌组织中阳性率均明显高于正常黏膜组织;CXCR4和MMP-2的表达强度与肿瘤分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移有关,且两者存在正相关性。结论 CXCR4和MMP-2在直肠癌的表达呈正相关,并与直肠癌肿瘤的侵润、转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in human rectal tumors and to analyze the clinical significance.Methods Expression of CXCR4 and MMP-2 in 50 cases with rectal tumor were examined by immunohistochemistry method.Then to evaluate the relationship between CXCR4 and MMP-2 expression with clinical and pathological data in human rectal tumors.Results The positive expression of CXCR4 and MMP-2 in rectal cancer tissues were higher than those in normal rectal tissues(P0.01).The positive expression of CXCR4 and MMP-2 were positively correlated with Dukes stage,tumor's differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion CXCR4 and MMP-2 maybe relate with the infiltration and metastasis of rectalcarcinoma.
