摘要
在介绍快速成形技术基础上,分析熔模铸造的特点和存在的问题,并做了简要分析,主要对两者融合形成的快速熔模铸造分快速模具技术、直接熔模制造、直接型壳制造3个方面进行阐述和相应问题分析。最后对限制快速熔模铸造发展的缺陷做了总结。
Based on introduction of rapid p rototyping technology, analysis the characteristics of investment casting and existing problems,and comparative analysis domestic and foreign of investment casting industry.Then mainly to elaboration and defect analysis on three aspects of the rapid investment casting branches：rapid tooling, direct investment casting manufacturing, direct shell production casting.Finally summarized the problem of rapid investment casting.
