摘要
设计了一种3D打印结合传统熔模铸造的新型铸造工艺,主要探究了3D打印工艺中内模材料的选取、内模打印的底部/顶部厚度与填充密度最优化,以及型壳干燥的最佳温度的选取,且通过实践成功地铸造出复杂薄壁铸件。从宏观、微观观察了铸件缺陷,系统地分析了缺陷产生的原因,并提出了基于浇注系统设计、浇注系统模拟、3D打印模型表面预处理的解决方案。验证了基于3D打印的熔模铸造工艺的可行性。
A new casting process of 3D printing combined with traditional investment casting was designed. The selection of the inner mold material, the optimum thickness of the bottom/top of the inner mold during printing and the optimum filling density, and the optimum temperature of the drying of the shell were discussed. And the complex thin-wall casting was successfully cast by the practice. The defects of castings were observed macroscopically and microscopically,the causes of defects were analyzed systematically, and a solution based on gating system design, gating system simulation and surface pretreatment for 3D printing model was put forward. The feasibility of investment casting process based on 3D printing was verified.
