摘要
目前创新创业人才匮乏已成为制约我国经济发展的因素之一。近年来,山东商业职业技术学院深入研究创新创业人才培养模式,校企合作共同开发课程,构建了适合创新创业人才培养的课程体系,实施教学做一体化教学方法,加大教师创新创业能力的培养,打造了一支高水平的"双师素质"教学团队,在创新创业人才培养方面成效显著。
The lack of innovation and entrepreneurship talents has become a factor that restricts economic development of China. In recent years, Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology has been studying person- nel training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship. School and enterprise have developed courses together and constructed course system for innovation and entrepreneurship talents. We implement the integrated teaching meth- od of teaching learning and doing. We build a high - level team of teachers by training the teacher＇s innovation abil- ity. We have achieved some success on training of Innovation and Entrepreneurship talents.
