摘要
长期应用氟化物会导致变异链球菌耐氟菌株的产生,此变异是否导致其致龋能力发生变化,并且对于氟化物防龋是否出现新的影响,国内外学者进行了大量的研究。本文就变异链球菌耐氟菌株的产酸能力、脱矿能力、耐酸能力、黏附能力和糖酵解能力等研究进展作一综述。
Long-term application of fluoride results in mutans. Several studies have been conducted worldwide induced by this mutation and investigate the effectiveness the generation of fluoride-resistant strains of Streptococcus to confirm whether or not changes in cariogenic ability are of various fluoride methods in preventing dental caries. This article discusses research progress on the aciduricity, demineralization, acidogenecity, adherence, and glycolytic capacity of fluoride-resistant strains of Streptococcus mutans.
