摘要
目的探讨数字化病区的建设模式及其对病区医疗业务和管理工作的作用。方法借助过程管理的思想和方法,设计并实现以电子病历为核心、以医疗质量和运营管理为主线的数字化病区架构体系。结果构建了融合临床医疗护理、药品器材及后勤保障;质量监控、绩效考核、成本核算及办公管理等多系统的数字化病区建设模式。结论数字化病区的构建,实现了医疗业务、行政亊务全过程的智能化操作与自动化管理,建成了以"病人为中心"的温馨、便捷、智能、高效的医疗服务环境。
Objective To explore the building pattern of digital ward and its effect on the medical business and ad- ministration. Methods Based on the methodology of process management, the architecture of digital ward was designed and implemented, focusing on the electronic medical records, medical quality and management. Results The digital ward building pattern including multiple systems of clinical medical nursing, drug and equipment logistic support, performance checking, cost auditing and office administrating was established. Conclusion The construction of digital ward can realize the intelligent manipulation and automatic management on the medical and government affairs, and patient-centered warm, convenient, intelligent and efficient medical service environment.
