摘要
文章通过对白鹤街道社区卫生服务中心家庭医生式服务队伍建设现状的分析,探究了目前家庭医生队伍建设存在问题与原因,提出了相关建议,家庭医生队伍建设是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,要多模式、多层次、多渠道地积极培养多方位人才,以全科医生规范化培训为核心,以上级医疗机构专家为技术支撑,以"首席家庭医生"为品牌,以绩效考核为载体,完善队伍建设配套政策,提高整体队伍综合素质水平,促进家庭医生队伍的不断发展。
In this paper,we analyzed the status quo of team building of family doctors in Baihe Street community health service center,inquired into the present problems and reasons,and put forward related suggestions.The team building of family doctors is a long-term and complex work,therefore,we should cultivate all-round talents,put general practitioners standardized training as the core,rely on experts from higher medical institutions for technical support,set up the system of"chief family doctor",determine performance assessment as the carrier,perfect team construction supporting policies,improve the comprehensive quality level of the whole team,to promote the sustainable development of family doctors.
