摘要
根据高职项目化课程的培养目标,提出从"学生评价"、"教师评价"和"课程评价"三个方面构建高职项目化课程发展性评价体系.评价体系采用多元化的评价方式、评价主体、评价内容和评价标准,对教学全过程进行评价,并利用加权的方式量化评估内容.实践表明:评价体系具有较好的导向和调控功能,能有效地激发学生与教师的内在动力,实现学生、教师和课程的可持续发展.
According to the training objectives of higher vocational project courses, the paper constructs a developmental evaluation system for the project courses of higher vocational education from three aspects: the evaluation of students, teachers, and courses. The evaluation system evaluates the whole process of teaching by using diversified evaluation methods, evaluation subject, evaluation content and evaluation standard, and quantifies the assessment content with weighted method. The practice shows that the evaluation system has better guidance and regulative function. It can effectively stimulate intrinsic motivation of students and teachers, and effect sustainable development of students, teachers and the curriculum.
