摘要
以专业板料成形模拟软件FASTSTAMP为平台,介绍了汽车覆盖件拉延模具工艺型面设计过程,对其成形过程进行数值模拟,预测成形过程中减薄、拉裂、起皱、成形不充分等缺陷并分析缺陷产生的原因,进而优化成形工艺参数和模具结构。
Based on FASTSTAMP professional forming simulation software, the design process of drawing die for automobile panel has been introduced in the text. The numerical simulation has been executed to the forming process. Defects like thinning, fracture, wrinkling and inadequate stretch areas in the forming process have been predicted and the reasons have been investigated. The processing parameters have been optimized and the die structure has been modified.
