摘要
在分析沿空留巷底鼓影响因素基础上,建立深井大断面沿空留巷底板受力模型,将充填体外侧的一端边界简化为固定铰链支座,煤帮极限平衡区下的一端视为固定端约束,底板梁顶面及底面分别受到充填体、煤帮以及下部岩层施加的载荷;然后建立满足底板梁两端位移边界条件并符合沿空留巷底板变形特征的挠曲线方程表达式,利用最小势能原理对底板变形量进行计算和分析。实例计算表明,底板越厚,底板最大变形量就越小;而巷道宽度越大,底板最大变形量则越大。根据深井大断面沿空留巷底鼓影响因素及底板受力模型研究,提出了底鼓防治技术,并进行了底鼓防治工程实践,最后展望了深井大断面沿空留巷底鼓防控技术发展方向。
Based on the analysis of influencing factors of floor heave in gob-side entry retaining, mechanical model of the floor in gob-side entry retaining with large section was established.The left side of the beam( outside of backfilling body) was simplified as a fixed hinge sup- port, while the right side of the beam ( under the limit equilibrium zone of the coal side) was simplified as fixed end.The top surface and the bottom surface of the beam were applied loads from the backfilling body, the coal side and the lower rock strata.Then, the floor deflection expression of gob-side entry retaining was established ,which meets the displacement boundary conditions of floor beam and was in accord- ance with the deformation characteristics of roadway in gob-side entry retaining.By using the principle of minimum potential energy, the deformation of the floor beam in gob-side entry retaining was solved.Finally, the calculated result showed that the maximum deformation of the floor beam grows with increaing of the thickness of the beam, and it was also increasing with the increase of the roadway width.Accord- ing to the study on influencing factors and mechanical model of the floor in gob-side entry retaining with large section, prevention and con- trol technology of floor heave was put forward, then engineering practice of prevention and control of floor heave had been carried out, final- ly prevention and control direction of floor heave in gob-side entry retaining with large section was pointed out.
