摘要
目的探讨16排螺旋CT血管三维重建对肝脏肿瘤介入治疗的术前指导及术后评估的价值。方法分析62例肝脏肿瘤患者术前及术后CT肝脏血管重建图像资料,观察CT血管三维重建对肿瘤供血动脉、肝血管解剖变异、栓塞后侧枝动脉的显示能力,评价CT血管三维重建对肝脏肿瘤介入治疗的术前指导及术后评估中的应用价值。结果 62例患者CT血管三维成像能清晰显示肝脏肿瘤血供情况,其中肝动脉供血动脉解剖变异12例,肿瘤由肝右动脉及肝左动脉双重供血4例,栓塞治疗后肿瘤形成侧支动脉5支。结论 16排螺旋CT血管三维成像对术前制定介入治疗手术方案及术后疗效评估具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of postoperative evaluation of PHILIPS multi - slice spiral CT scan with three - dimensional angiography for liver neoplasm for interuentional therapy preoperative instruction. Methods 62 patients with liver tumor were evaluated to compare before and after operation by spiral CT with Three -phase scanning conduct the MIP, VRT and 3D reconstruction. Results 62 patient liver blood vessels 3D reconstruction showed the tumor blood supply clearly. There was liver blood vessels anatomic variation about 12 patients. The tumor source of blood supply including left branch of proprian dual blood supply had 4 patients. After embolization the tumor form artice five collateral artery. Conclusion There is important value in multi - slice spiral CT scan for three - dimessional angiography to make operation scheme with interventional therapy and the postoperative curative effect evaluation.
