摘要
随着高职教育的发展,如何培养创新型人才成为高职院校面临的重要课题。校企合作作为创新型人才培养的首选途径逐渐渗透到学校的教学、科研中并且发挥着日益重要的地位和作用。以校企合作模式推动高职院校创新型人才培养具有多种途径和方法,如搭建实践教学平台、提高"双师"素质、实现产学研结合、完善教育评价体系、构建校企合作长效机制等。
With the development of higher vocational education, how to train innovative talents has become an important subject in higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise cooperation is playing a more and more important role in college teaching and scientific researches as school-enterprise cooperation has become first method of training innovative talents. Some ways and methods are included in school-enterprise cooperation mode to train innovative talents. This paper tries to build the practice teaching platform and improve teachers＇ quality, perfect appraisal system and construct school-enterprise corporative mechanism to summarize the promotion that this cooperation mode brings.
