摘要
为进一步提升学生的就业竞争力,高职院校应在加强实践型高技能人才培养的基础上,应全面开展创新教育。在分析了高职院校学生实践与创新能力培养方面存在问题的基础上,从学院办学理念、工作思路、师资培养、校园文化建设与学院配套支持政策等多方面对高职院校构建实践与创新型人才培养体系做出了有益的探索。
To further enhance the employability competitiveness of students,higher vocational colleges should carry out comprehensive creativity education based upon the strengthening of practice-oriented training of high-skilled talents.Setting out with an analysis of the present problems,this essay made discussion on the establishment of practical and innovative personnel training system in higher vocational college with respect to the school operation policy,work ideas,teacher training,campus culture and supporting policy as well as other aspects.
