摘要
建筑业发展水平已成为影响区域经济发展的关键因素,而明确各区域建筑业竞争力水平是建筑业发展研究的核心内容之一。本文结合产业竞争优势理论与可持续发展理论,从资源条件、发展与支持条件、产业结构与效益、可持续效应四个方面构建区域建筑业竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上,运用PP-DEA模型从静态评价和效率评价两方面对我国区域建筑业竞争力进行综合评价,并通过构造竞争力指数划分为五个等级,我国大部分地区建筑业竞争力处于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级水平,并存在明显差异,为此本文提出提升建筑业竞争力的相应建议。研究结果表明,PP-DEA模型在进行评价时不仅能有效地克服传统多元分析方法在综合评价技术上的不足,而且能够更科学、更全面地反映区域建筑业竞争力水平。
Construction industry development level has become the key facator of infulence on regional economic development,and recognizing the degree of regional construction competitiveness is also one of core contents of construction development research.With the combination of the competitiveness advantage theory and the sustainable development theory,an index system for the competitiveness in the regional construction from four aspects of resource conditions,development and support conditions,industrial structure and benefits,and sustainable effects is established.The PP-DEA model is used to evaluate the competitiveness in China's regional construction industry from two aspects including static level and efficiency level.And then divides the competitiveness into five levels by using a competitiveness index.The competitiveness in most regional constructions is in Ⅲ、Ⅳ level with obvious differences,and suggestions for improving are provided.Through the research,it can show: the comprehensive evaluation based on PP-DEA model can not only effectively overcome the lack of comprehensive evaluation based on traditional multivariate analysis methods,but also can reflect the level of the competitiveness in the regional construction more scientific and more fully.
