摘要
煤矿采用综合自动采煤工作面时,电磁调速采煤机要与远程控制室及液压支架等设备进行实时通讯获取设备状态。通过对井下环境分析及现场总线的参数对比,提出了CAN总线解决方案,设计了系统通讯协议。实际运行结果表明,采用CAN总线的采煤机具有通讯稳定、速率高、节点控制灵活的特点,可适应采煤现场的恶劣环境。
When the integrated automation coal face system is used in a mine, communication among coal cutter with electro- magnetic speed control, hydraulic support and remote control room is necessary. By analyzing underground environment and the parameters of various fidd buses, CAN bus communication sys- tem for coal cutter was proposed, and the communication proto- cols were completed.The application result showed that the whole module has some traits, such as steady communication, high speed, flexible and convenient node control, and can adapt to the severe field environment of coal mining.
