摘要
煤矿井下监控系统采用单片机控制、总线挂接式结构,通信方式为CAN现场总线,配合各种智能传感器,自动监控煤矿井下通风的各项指标,该系统提高了井下安全生产的可靠性,避免了因通风不良造成瓦斯爆炸的可能性。经试验及现场实际使用,该系统效果良好,具有实用和推广价值。
The monitoring and controlling systems used in coalmine underground are introduced and the single-chip computer control and main bus hanging model structure are employed in the system. The communication mode of the system adopts CAN field bus, fitting with various intelligent sensors. It automatically monitors the various indices of ventilation systems in coalmines underground and enhances the reliability of safe production underground and avoids the possibility of gas explosion caused by insufficient ventilation problem. The test and practice demonstrated that the system has good effectiveness and is of practical and popularizing value.
