摘要
为建立鸡肉中违禁药物利巴韦林残留的固相萃取-液相色谱串联质谱测定方法,将鸡肉样品经酶解和0.5%甲酸水溶液提取,乙腈沉淀蛋白组织,HLB柱串联PBA柱固相萃取净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,稳定同位素内标法进行定量。结果显示,利巴韦林在5-100g/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,不同浓度的精密度〈20%,回收率在80%~120%之间。所建立的方法适合于鸡肉样品中利巴韦林残留的测定。
To develop a quantitative UPLC-MS/MS method for determination of ribavirin in chicken muscle,ribavirin was extracted from chicken muscle by 0.5% formic acid solution. The protein tissue in the extraction was precipitated by acetonitrile and purified using tandem solid-phase extraction combining an HLB cartridge and a phenyl-boronie acid cartridge. The analyte was determined by UPLC-MS/MS and quantified by stable isotope internal standard. The results showed there was a good linear relationship in the range of 5.0 to 100 g/kg of ribavirin,the recoveries ranged from 80% to 120%,and the precision was lower 20%. This method was suitable for detecting ribavirin in chicken muscle samples.
