摘要
采用实时荧光PCR方法对食品和饲料中猫源性成分进行TaqMan探针检测。结果表明:该检测方法具有特异性强、灵敏度高的特点,在动物和植物材料基质中,均能检出0.01%的猫源性成分,适用于市售食品和饲料中猫源性成分的检测。
A real-time PCR method was established to detect cat derived components in food and feed. The test results showed that the detection method was high in specificity and sensitivity and could detect 0.01% cat derived components in animal and plant matrixes,being suitable for detection of cat derived components in commercially available food and feed.
