摘要
利用热膨胀仪测量试验钢Ac1、Ac3等相变温度,借助显微分析方法和力学性能测试方法研究热处理工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明:当910℃/25 min油淬+200℃/h回火处理后得到的组织为回火马氏体+残余奥氏体,试验钢洛氏硬度值为HRC 52,冲击韧度aKU值为45 J.cm-2,综合力学性能良好.
The transformation temperatures of the low alloy steel, such as Ac1, At3 are measured by thermal dilatometer. By means of microscopic analysis and mechanical properties test, the effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of low alloy steel is studied. The results show that the microstructures is tempered martensite and retained austenite after oil quenching at 910℃ for 25 min and tempering at 200℃ for 1 h. The steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties with hardness HRC 52 and impact toughness aKu =45 J· cm-2
