摘要
目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法将80例LOH合并ED患者随机分为2组,2组均予十一酸睾酮胶丸口服,治疗组同时予复方玄驹胶囊口服,对治疗前、治疗后3个月进行国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分比较,并判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率75.0%,对照组总有效率57.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗LOH合并ED疗效优于单独使用十一酸睾酮胶丸。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of complex Xuangou capsule combined with testosterone undecanoate soft capsules on the treatment of late-onset hypogonadism（LOH）.Methods 80 LOH patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by testosterone undecanoate soft capsules.At same time patients in treatment group received complex Xuangou capsule.IIEf-5 score before and three months after treatment was compared and the effect was evaluated in two groups.Results The effective rate in treatment group（75.0%） was higher than that in control group（57.5%,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Complex Xuangou capsule combined with testosterone undecanoate soft capsules is more effective than alone Andriol on the treatment of LOH.
