低温烧结0.4CaTiO_3-0.6Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3介电陶瓷的实验研究

Study on low temperature sintered 0.4CaTiO_3-0.6Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3 dielectric ceramics

摘要 对添加H3BO3-ZnO-R(BZR)玻璃实现0.4CaTiO3-0.6Ca(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(0.6CMNT)介质陶瓷的低温烧结进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明,在一定BZR玻璃添加量(1m%(质量分数)~5m%(质量分数),m是比例系数,且m>0)的条件下,陶瓷的最佳烧结温度均在950℃;在950℃烧结,BZR玻璃的添加量为2m%(质量分数)时,介电常数εr=47.26976,介电损耗tanδ=0.0098;BZR玻璃的添加量为3m%(质量分数)时,介电常数为εr=47.75029,介电损耗tanδ=0.0102。并且发现,添加适量的BZR玻璃,可以促进晶粒生长,但过量则会在烧结过程中产生过多的液相,且液相扩散严重,致使部分晶粒未能充分生长,而部分晶粒却异常长大,晶粒大小不均匀,影响陶瓷的介电性能。 The dielectric ceramic of 0.4CaTiO3-0.6Ca(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 with glass of H3BO3-ZnO-R(BZR) as additive were investigated systematically.The results reveal that the BZR additive amount within a certain range(1mwt%-5mwt%,m is proportional coefficient and m0),950℃ are the best sintering temperature;sintered at 950℃,εr=47.26976,tanδ=0.0098 could be obtained for the 2mwt% BZR-added;3mwt% BZR additive also obtained optimal dielectric properties of εr=47.75029,tanδ=0.0102.And found that addition of BZR in modest amount can improve the crystal grain growth but too much addition may produce too much liquid phase in sintering process this would make liquid phase diffusion serious,that could lead to some of the grain not fully growth and some abnormal growth with big size which resulted in the grain size uneven and then to influence the ceramic dielectric properties.
