摘要 采用复合添加BaCuO2 CuO和BaO B2 O3 SiO2 助剂的方法 ,研究了Ba4 (Nd0 .85Bi0 .1 5) 2 8 3Ti1 8O54陶瓷的低温烧结特性和微波介电性能。添加 2 .5wt%BaCuO2 CuO和 5wt%BaO B2 O3 SiO2 后Ba4 (Nd0 .85Bi0 .1 5) 2 8 3Ti1 8O54陶瓷在 95 0℃烧结成瓷 ,气孔率为 5 .2 9% ,介电常数ε为 6 0 .2 5 ,Q·f值为 2 5 77GHz(5 .6GHz) ,频率温度系数τf 为 +2 5 .1ppm ℃ ,可与Cu电极浆料低温共烧。 The effects of liquid additives BCC (BaCuO_2-CuO) and BBS glass (BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2) on the sinterability and microwave dielectric properties of Ba_4(Nd_ 0.85Bi_ 0.15)_ 28/3Ti_ 18O_ 54 ceramics were investigated. A kind of low temperature co-fired ceramic was obtained by sintered at 950℃ with the addition of 2.5wt% BaCuO_2-CuO and 5wt%BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2, which showed good microwave dielectric characteristics: ε= 60.25,Q·f= 2577GHz (5.6GHz),τ_f= +25.1ppm/℃, and this dielectric ceramics is co-fired with Cu-electrode.
