摘要
采用计算法和连续升温金相法2种方法研究了Ti80钛合金相变点。根据合金中主元素及杂质元素含量对相变点的影响,推算出了Ti80钛合金的相变温度。通过连续升温金相法,观察不同淬火温度下合金的显微组织变化,将升温过程中初生α相完全消失的温度定为Ti80钛合金的相变点。结果表明,采用两种方法所得数据相近,本批次Ti80钛合金的相变点为1025℃。
The phase transition point of Ti80 alloy was researched by calculation method and continuous heating-up method. The transformation point of the alloy was calculated according to the influence of alloying elements and impurity element on the phase transformation point temperature. The microstructure change of Ti80 alloy was observed under different quenching temperature. The temperature of primary a phase which disappears completely is regard as the phase transformation point of the alloy. The two methods can obtain similar data, and the phase transformation point of the alloy in the batch is 1025℃.
