摘要
目的:了解儿童紫癜性肾炎的中医证候学特征,包括证候分布、兼夹、演变规律及与其他相关因素的关系等。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对符合要求的临床病例进行分析。结果:辨证分别为热伤肾络、肾阴不足、脾肾气虚、风热扰肾4种,各型均兼夹血瘀证。结论:儿童紫癜性肾炎证候表现复杂,证候之间是相互兼夹和动态变化的。证候的形成与年龄、病程等因素有关。
Objective：To explore the characters of TCM syndromes with purpura nephritis in children, which included the regulation of syndromes distribution, accompanying symptoms, the evolution and relationships with other relevant factors. Methods：To analysis the clinical cases by the method of retrospective clinical study. Results：TCM syndromes of purpura nephritis in children mainly included syndromes of heat hurting kidney collaterals, kidney yin deficiency, kidney and spleen qi deficiency and wind-heat stirring kidney and blood stasis existed in every syndrome. Conclusion：The syndrome manifestations with purpura nephritis in children are complex, the relationships among the syndromes are combined and mutative.
