摘要
目的探讨益气养阴活血汤联合泼尼松片与雷公藤多苷片治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚证的临床效果.方法选取本院2019年8月—2021年8月收治的儿童紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚证患儿78例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例.对照组采用泼尼松片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益气养阴活血汤治疗,持续用药20周后进行疗效评定.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的中医症候积分(5.75±1.78)分、24 h尿蛋白定量(0.27±0.13)g、尿红细胞计数(3.54±0.95)个/HP均低于对照组的(7.13±2.86)分、(0.50±0.21)g、(5.32±1.47)个/HP,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论益气养阴活血汤联合泼尼松片与雷公藤多苷片治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚证可提高临床效果,促进临床症状、体征缓解,且安全性好.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with prednisone tablets and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets in the treatment of children with purpuric nephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 78 purpuric nephritis children with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome who were admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone tablets combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on this basis.The efficacy was evaluated after continuous medication for 20 weeks.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score was(5.75±1.78)points,24 h urine protein quantification was(0.27±0.13)g,urine red blood cell count was(3.54±0.95)cells/HP in the observation group,which were lower than(7.13±2.86)points,(0.50±0.21)g,and(5.32±1.47)cells/HP in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with prednisone tablets and ripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets in the treatment of children with purpuric nephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome can improve the clinical effect,promote the relief of clinical symptoms and signs,and has good safety.
