番茄环斑病毒RT-LAMP检测方法的建立 被引量:6

摘要 本研究采用逆转录环介导等温扩增技术(Reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermalamplification,RT-LAMP),建立了番茄环斑病毒(Tomato ringspot virus,ToRSV)检测方法。研究得到LAMP反应最佳条件,孵育温度和反应时间分别为65℃,30 min。分析RT-LAMP灵敏度试验结果表明,该方法灵敏度比普通RT-PCR高100倍。 A RT-LAMP method was developed for the detection of Tomato ringspot virus(ToRSV).The present study concluded the optimal conditions for the LAMP reaction of which the incubation temperature,and the reaction time are at 65 °C,and 30 min,respectively.The analytical sensitivity of the RT-LAMP method was revealed 100-fold more sensitive than the published RT-PCR method.
