摘要
目的:对北京市医院"优质护理服务示范工程"实施情况进行质量评价。方法:采用现场调查法,从病区护理管理质量、对患者的护理服务质量、责任护士对患者了解程度3个维度,对北京市53家实施"优质护理服务示范工程"的医院进行动态的质量评价,两次评价时间分别为2011年5月和10月。结果:两次"优质护理服务示范工程"质量评价总均分分别为(87.22±10.41)分和(89.25±7.53)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);10月份评价时责任护士对患者了解程度得分高于5月份,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);10月份评价结果中,对患者的护理服务质量、责任护士对患者了解程度与病区护理管理质量呈正相关。结论:"优质护理服务示范工程"的实施可以促进护理管理水平和护理服务质量的提高。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of the "excellence in nursing service demonstration project" in hospitals in Beijing. Methods: The field investigation was carried out to evaluate nursing service from three dimensions: nursing management quality, nursing care quality and the primary nurse's ability. The investigation was conducted twice, in May 2011 and October 2011 respectively. Results: The scores of quality evaluation in May and October were 87.22+10.41 and 89.25a:7.53 respectively. There was no significant difference between the two scores (P〉0.05). The ability of primary nurse in the October investigation was significantly higher than the investigation in May (P〈0.001). The nursing care quality and primary nurse's ability were positively related to the nursing management quality. Conclusion: The implementation of "excellence in nursing service demonstration project" can promote the nursing management and improve the quality of nursing service.
