摘要
目的了解护理管理者对实施优质护理服务的认知,为优质护理的政策制定和对管理者的支持策略提供依据,从而保证优质护理持续深入开展。方法以便利抽样法抽取参加厦门市某培训班的护理管理者175人,采用自行设计的优质护理服务认知问卷对其进行调查。结果80.00%~98.86%护理管理者认为优质护理是一项系统工程、基础护理对象是生活完全或部分不能自理的患者、优质护理服务不只是对患者进行生活护理,仅37.71%的护理管理者认为家属可以陪伴但生活护理应由护士完成,70.86%认为强调基础护理会削弱专科护理发展。结论护理管理者对优质护理内涵的认知存在偏差,对优质护理开展的利弊有一定认识,对优质护理的深入持续开展信心不足。希望上级领导给予支持,建立长效机制,以促进优质护理服务的持续深入开展。
Objective To investigate nursing managersr perception of implement of high quality nursing service, to provide references for policy making and support for managers, and to ensure the service to be deeply unfolded. Methods Totally, 175 nursing managers were investigated with a self-designed Perception of High Quality Nursing Service Questionnaire. Results The following items were recognized by 80.00 %- 98.86 % nursing managers: high quality nursing service was regarded as a systematic program; fundamental nursing service was given to patients who were completely unable to do anything or partially able to do something in their life; high quality nursing service was more than life-assisted care to patients. Only 37. 71% nursing managers agreed that family members could keep patients company and that life-assisted care should be offered by nurses. Totally, 70. 86% nursing managers worried that emphasis on fundamental nursing care would hinder the advancement of specialty nursing. Conclusion Nursing managers have some biases against the implement of high quality nursing service. They are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the national high quality nursing service program, and they have insufficient confidence to carry on the program. They expect to obtain more support from leaders and establish a long-term system to reinforce the implement of high quality nursing service.
