摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特、氯雷他定糖浆、气雾剂结合健康教育治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法 70例儿童哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组两组。对照组:给予雾化吸入布地奈德治疗。观察组:雾化吸入布地奈德,并孟鲁司特、氯雷他定糖浆结合健康教育治疗。结果观察组总有效率为91.4%高于对照组总有效率71.4%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特、氯雷他定糖浆、气雾剂结合健康教育治疗儿童哮喘疗效佳。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast,loratadine syrup,aerosol combined with health education in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 70 cases of children with asthma,were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups.Control group：nebulized budesonide treatment.The observation group：nebulized hudesonide,and montelukast and loratadine syrup,combined with health education treatment. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 91.4% higher than that of the control group,the total efficiency of 71.4%,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast,loratadine syrup,aerosol in treatment of childhood asthma health education combined with good curative effect.
