摘要
目的探讨临床收治的过敏性鼻炎患者在应用盐酸氮卓斯汀方案治疗基础上,加用孟鲁司特钠治疗的效果及安全性。方法选择过敏性鼻炎患者100例,均为我院耳鼻喉科2017年3月—2018年3月收治,随机分组,就单采用盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗(对照组,n=50)联用孟鲁司特钠治疗(观察组,n=50)效果和安全性展开对比。结果观察组过敏性鼻炎患者临床总有效率为98.0%;对照组总有效率为74.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。相较治疗前,观察组治疗后每日流清涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏症状体征积分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎在盐酸氮卓斯汀应用基础上,联用孟鲁司特钠治疗,可显著提高总有效率,改善临床症状和体征,提高生存质量,且具有较高安全性。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of azostatin hydrochloride plus montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected in E.N.T.Department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018.They were randomly divided into groups.The efficacy and safety of azelastine hydrochloride alone(control group,n=50)combined with montelukast sodium(observation group,n=50)were compared.Results The total effective rate was 98.0%in the observation group and 74.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of daily discharge,nasal congestion,nasal itching and sneezing symptoms were significantly decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the application of montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,combined with montelukast can significantly improve the total effective rate,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
