摘要
研究生管理教育是一项复杂的系统工程。自组织性的强弱严重影响着研究生的培养质量,增强研究生管理教育系统的自组织性具有重要意义。结合研究生管理教育特点,运用自组织理论方法论,分析了增强研究生管理教育系统自组织性的若干问题和措施。
Management education for postgraduates is a complicated system engineering.The quality of talents can be affected by strong or weak self-organizing feature,which has important significance for management education of postgraduates.According to the characteristics of management education of postgraduates,some critical problem and measures is analyzed to improve self-organizing feature of management education for postgraduates by theory of self-organization.
