摘要
通过对文丘里施肥器吸肥性能测试,分析其吸肥流量与喉部负压、进出口压力和进口流量间的关系。结果表明:在吸肥初期阶段,吸肥流量随进口压力和进口流量的增大而增大,当吸肥流量达到最大值后,吸肥流量基本稳定,不受进口压力和进口流量增大变化的影响;吸肥浓度随进口压力和流量的增大先增大后减小,在喉部负压降低到最低点时,吸肥浓度达到最大,试验用文丘里施肥器的最大吸肥浓度约12%~13%。因此,灌溉系统中选择文丘里施肥器时,应考虑其吸肥性能,确定合理的进口压力和进口流量,以达到精确施肥的效果。
The fertilizer suction experiment was conducted to analyze the relations among the negative pressure in the throat,inlet and outlet pressure,and inlet flow rate.The research shows that the fertilizer suction rate of the Venturi injector increases with the increase of the inlet pressure and the inlet flow rate at the initial stage.When the fertilizer suction rate reaches the maximum value,it is stable and not influenced by the increase of the inlet pressure and inlet flow rate;the fertilizer suction concentration increases first,then decrease with the increase of the inlet pressure and the inlet flow rate,and it reaches the maximum value,which is about 12% ~13%,when the negative pressure reaches the minimum value.So it is very important to determine the inlet pressure and inlet flow rate for the selection of Venturi injector in the drip irrigation system.
