摘要
针对中耕开沟成垱的联合作业方式研制的机械式中耕开沟筑垱作业机具,对解决干旱、半干旱区蓄水保土保墒,有效削减坡耕地地表径流,提高土壤水分入渗率,促进增产增收具有重要意义。为此,通过对机具田间中耕开沟筑垱作业的正交试验,研究了该机具的作业性能和作业质量。试验结果表明,机具作业速度、开沟筑垱铲的开沟深度及铲板尺寸对开沟作业性能影响显著。
On the base of tillage with a bifunction of furrowing and diking which works mechanically and is designed dependent upon combination of ditching and diking,it has an important role in the field of solving the problem of keeping water conservancy and moisture,reducing runoff of sloped farmland with high efficienty,enhancing the water saturate rate of soil and then promoting the total yield.Via the orthogonal experiment with the machine working in the farmland,performance and properties of the tillage has been studied,and then been approved that the factors of velocity,depth at wich the machine works and the size of the shovel blade have a significant effect on the performance of the machine.
