摘要
产品研发过程质量、资源、成本、进度全局集成管理和综合优化是制造企业提高竞争力的重要途径。为了实现产品研发过程四要素集成优化,基于活动及其实现过程(ProA)信息集成建模方法,分析了产品研发中ProA的知识需求,探讨了产品研发中ProA的知识以及ProA的知识获取机理,论述了基于ProA的知识管理过程,使产品知识管理过程与产品研发过程集成,促进知识的传递、共享和再利用,有效地服务于产品研发过程中的具体活动,为产品研发全过程的决策和推理奠定基础。
The integrated optimization toward the quality,resource,cost and scheduling for the whole product development is becoming one of the significant strategies to improve the competition power of manufacturing companies.To realize multipleobjective integrated optimization of product research and development（RD）,knowledge demand,knowledge sort and knowledge acquisition mechanism were brought out based on ProA information integrated modeling.Finally,knowledge management process based on ProA was discussed,making the product knowledge management process and product RD process integration,and promote knowledge sharing and reuse,which is the foundation of decision-making and reasoning for product RD whole process.
